Dress Code has been established since 1996 and is an emporium of pop culture.
Situated on Southsea's well established, uncompromisingly bohemian Albert Road, Dress Code have been selling fine and fabulous shit to the culture vultures, wax heads and vintage fanatics for over 20 years. Established in the 80's creating Westwood-esque custom couture from jumble sale bargains, over two decades later we are now one of the longest running and most diverse vintage boutiques in Hampshire. We are an independently owned boutique for pop culture lovers, as close to a Mom and Pop style family shop as you can get with our staff regularly contributing to local music scene, charity events and supporting our local independent community by showing the corporate wankers how it's done.
Restocking our vintage section has become our pride and joy over recent years. With the best selection of grunge check shirts, denim jackets, shell suit jackets, Dr Martens boots and glitzy gowns for the office Christmas do, we cater for any style, size and preference.
Our newest in store only venture is our range vintage vinyl, CD's and cassette tapes, provided by Viva La Revolution records and other local suppliers. This is complimented by our wide selection of vintage music books and cassettes, special editions and collectible items starting from £1 in store now.
In association with The University of Portsmouth Anime Society, our Anime and Manga collectible plush toys are updated regularly with an ever changing range of merchandise including Pokemon, My Neighbour Totoro and Death Note characters. With next day delivery available, no more long waits for shipping making Christmas shopping easier than ever before.
